theclub’s award-winning European Spinning® studio offers a cycling workout that burns fat fast. Spinning®, or indoor cycling, makes use of gears and resistance features to cater for beginners to professionals.
Partners not necessary! All Latin rhythms are taught, such as Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Jive, Salsa and Rumba. Carried out in the form of line dancing, this is a fun way to learn those hot Latin rhythms. All levels of experience welcome.

Body Vive is designed to increase heart fitness and general wellness.
Starting with a simple warm-up, the class continues with alternating ‘heart fitness’ and ‘functional strength’ blocks before a final block of core and restorative exercises.

Belly Dancing is a Middle Eastern dance technique in which dancers make sensuous movements of the hips and abdomen (ooh!). Great for all over body toning but best of all, it’s a great social work-out too.
